Salon Nine Haverhill T&CS 

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

We understand that you may need to cancel your appointment and we have a wait list of clients that may like to have your appointment if you cannot make it. Therefore to give us time to fill your appointment cancellations made after 48hrs before of your booking will be charged at 50% of the overall appointment cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost. The card details that are held on file will be automatically charged.

 

Patch Testing 

 

You will be required to have a patch test at Salon Nine prior to your appointment if you are a new colour client or have not had your hair coloured with us in the last 6 months. It is your responsibility to let your stylist know if any reaction occurs. Prior to your colour appointment you will be sent a form to complete. Salon Nine is not held liable for any reaction after a patch test has been carried out.

 

Medical conditions 

 

If you have any medical conditions that you believe may affect your stylist carrying out your appointment or the out come of your appointment it is your responsibility to let your stylist know before the start of your service.

 

Age restriction 

 

At Salon Nine we are unable to carry out any chemical service on anyone under the age of 16. This is down to the parent/gradian to confirm the client’s age. For anyone under the age of 18 it is compulsory that a responsible adult attends the appointment with them to fill out any forms and be present for the consultation. They must also return for the end of the appointment to check they are happy with the outcome of the service.

 

Complaints Policy 

 

Whilst at Salon Nine we always strive to ensure that you love your hair. If you are not happy with something whilst you are sitting in the chair this must be brought up with your stylist at the appointment. Once you have left the Salon we may be unable to offer any extra services.

 

Products

 

We would also recommend that you use salon professional products brought at Salon Nine and recommended by your stylist. At Salon Nine we use protective towels and gowns whilst colouring. We are extremely careful, however as we are using chemicals during your servicewe accept no liability for damage to clothing and personal belongings. Please be aware of this before you attend your appointment. 

 

Parking at the Salon 

 

We have a communal carpark at 70 high Street Haverhill, this car park if run by a third party company. Salon Nine accept no liability for any parking tickets received at your appointment. It is the responsibility of the driver to provide the Salon team with their car registration plate to put into our system. This car park is for use by customers whilst in the Salon only and is operated on a first come, first serve basis.
